We are a friendly group for stroke survivors and their carers. We provide:
- Peer Support – meet others who understand the challenges and triumphs of life after stroke
- Activities – Engage in fun and stimulating activities tailored for stroke survivors
- Community – Build lasting friendships in a supportive environment
We meet on Wednesday afternoon between 2pm to 4pm at:

Each meeting includes light refreshments, group discussions and a range of engaging activities. Our meeting venue is kindly and generously provided by Rainham Cricket Club, is fully accessible and has plenty of car parking available

Group Activities
We never stop expanding the variety of things we offer. Our programme of activities is decided on a quarterly basis and typically includes:

Exercise and movement sessions such as pilates and Nordic walking

Art and craft workshops such as flower arranging, card making and pebble painting

Games and quizzes

Celebratory events and outings

Speakers and demonstrations
We welcome stroke survivors and caregivers who are looking to connect with a friendly community. Joining Medway Stroke Club is simple.
Membership is free. There is a nominal fee to cover the cost of refreshment and any materials or resources needed. Outings are provided at cost. (We can often benefit from group discounts.)
