As well as the Thursday group we also have a Working Age Stroke Group
for anyone up to the age of 55.
It is held on the 1st Friday of the Month.
Rochester community healthy living centre in Delce Road
And on the 3rd Friday of the Month at the Rochester Airport Cafe, Rochester Airport, Rochester Kent
12 Noon for Lunch.
Please remember that carers are most welcome to come along and will find it particularly beneficial.
